Position Summary:
Coordinate the many aspects of the Day Partner Program for KTIS and oversee logistical details of seasonal fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Day Partner program/calendars for KTIS. Including, collecting stories from Day Partners for on-air message. Put story in production request for audio recording and email recorded on-air message to donor prior to its airing.
Track gifts received to manage personalized thank you messaging, including, sending Day Partner, Fundraising, and major donor thank you notes.
Monitor and facilitate Day Partner communication during on-air fundraisers.
In collaboration with the KTIS Administrative Assistant to the Station Manager, assist with the logistical details of KTIS fundraisers. This includes hiring, training, and supervising UNW student employees for fundraising events, coordinating event volunteers, and collaborating with the Information Technology department to set up computer equipment, phones, and catering.
This role may require occasional work outside of standard business hours to support the needs of the business.
Assist with miscellaneous duties as requested.

Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous office coordination or administrative support experience required
Supervisory experience preferred

• Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and related software.
• Written & Verbal Communication: Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Background Check: Must pass initial and ongoing background checks as a condition of employment.
